“You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website or purchasing, booking or participating in an emplify service. Where a service is booked for a child or minor, these terms also apply to the parent, legal guardian, school or organization responsible for that participant.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, registering for a program or using any emplify service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or services.
1. About Emplify
emplify provides personal, professional and business growth services for students, parents, graduates, professionals, schools, colleges, organizations, people leaders, founders and business owners.
Our services may include:
- veritas5D, providing career guidance, career exploration and career decision support.
- empact CQ, supporting organisational development, leadership, competency development, workforce performance and cultural alignment.
- the profit partnership, supporting founders and business owners with business growth, profitability and resilience.
- Individual and group coaching.
- Consulting and Advisory engagements.
- Assessments and Diagnostic exercises.
- Workshops, Courses and Events.
- Reports, recommendations and learning resources.
- Books and Publications and
- AI-driven insights and platforms.
The availability, structure, duration, fees and specific deliverables of each service may vary.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use or purchase our services.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your country:
- You may use our services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- The parent or legal guardian will be responsible for accepting these Terms.
- The parent or guardian may be required to make bookings and payments on your behalf and
- emplify may request evidence of parental or guardian consent.
Where a school, college, employer or organization arranges a service, that organization confirms that it has obtained any required participant permissions and has the authority to enter into the relevant agreement
3. Use of the Website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
- use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- provide false, misleading or incomplete information.
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
- interfere with the website’s operation or security.
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account or database.
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful technology.
- scrape, copy, extract or harvest website content or personal information without permission.
- use automated systems to access the website in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
- reproduce or commercially exploit our materials without authorization.
- use our content to train, develop or improve an artificial intelligence model without written permission.
- remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices
- use our services for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful purposes; or
- assist another person in doing any of the above.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
4. Enquiries and Discovery Conversations
Submitting an inquiry, contact form or request for a discovery conversation does not create a binding service agreement.
A binding engagement begins only when:
- We confirm the scope of services.
- You accept a proposal, engagement letter, order, booking confirmation or program terms.
- Any required consent forms are completed and
- Any applicable fees or deposits are paid.
Discovery conversations may be introductory in nature and do not necessarily include a complete assessment, recommendation or professional engagement.
We reserve the right to decline an inquiry or engagement at our discretion, including where:
- the requested service falls outside our expertise.
- there is a conflict of interest.
- the engagement presents legal, ethical or safeguarding concerns.
- the participant’s requirements are unsuitable for the service or
- capacity is unavailable.
5. Service-Specific Agreements
Some services may be governed by additional documents, including:
- proposals
- engagement letters
- statements of work
- booking confirmations
- program rules
- assessment consent forms
- school or corporate agreements
- payment schedules
- cancellation policies
- confidentiality agreements or
- platform-specific terms
Those additional terms form part of the agreement between you and emplify.
If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed service-specific agreement, the service-specific agreement will apply to the extent of the conflict.
6. Career Guidance Services
Career guidance services are intended to help participants explore interests, capabilities, preferences, opportunities and possible career pathways.
You acknowledge that:
- Career recommendations are guidance rather than guarantees.
- Career decisions remain the responsibility of the participant and, where applicable, their parent or guardian.
- Assessment results are based on the information available at the time.
- Education, employment and industry conditions may change.
- Admission, scholarship, internship and employment decisions are made by independent third parties.
- Emplify does not guarantee admission to any institution, employment, promotion, compensation level or career outcome and
- Participants should independently verify entry requirements, qualifications, licensing conditions, costs and employment prospects.
Career guidance is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other regulated healthcare advice.
Where concerns arise that require a qualified healthcare or specialist professional, we may recommend that the participant seek appropriate independent assistance
7. Organisational and Leadership Services
empactCQ and related organizational services may include assessments, workshops, coaching, competency development, cultural alignment, leadership development and workforce advisory services.
You acknowledge that:
- Organizational outcomes depend on leadership participation, employee engagement, implementation and external factors.
- Recommendations are based on information supplied by the client and participants.
- Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of our recommendations.
- emplify does not guarantee improvements in employee performance, retention, profitability, productivity or organizational culture.
- Employment decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant organization and
- Our services should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, dismissal, promotion, disciplinary or other significant employment decisions.
The client organization remains responsible for complying with employment, labor, equality, data protection and workplace laws.
8. Business Coaching and Advisory Services
the profit partnership and related services may provide coaching, strategic guidance, structured planning, business analysis and growth support.
You acknowledge that:
- Business coaching and advisory services do not guarantee revenue, profit, funding, investment, market share or commercial success.
- Business results depend on implementation, management decisions, market conditions, competition and other factors outside emplify’s control.
- All final business decisions remain your responsibility.
- You should independently verify financial, legal, tax, regulatory and investment matters.
- emplify does not provide regulated financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice unless expressly stated in writing and
- You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions requiring regulated advice.
Any examples, financial projections, business scenarios or potential outcomes are illustrative and are not promises of actual results.
9. AI-Supported Services
Certain emplify services may use Artificial Intelligence (AI), algorithms, automated analysis or data-supported tools.
These technologies may be used to assist with:
- assessment analysis
- career exploration
- personalized recommendations
- competency insights
- report generation
- learning resources
- organizational analysis and
- business or development planning
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, limitations or outdated information.
- Automated outputs may not account for every personal, cultural, educational, organizational or commercial circumstance;
- AI-generated recommendations are intended to supplement, not replace, human judgement;
- Important decisions should not be based solely on an automated output;
- Outputs may require review, interpretation or validation by a human advisor;
- emplify does not warrant that AI-supported outputs will always be accurate, complete or suitable and
- You remain responsible for decisions made using those outputs.
You must not submit confidential, sensitive, restricted or third-party information into an AI-supported service unless you are authorized to do so and have been informed that such information is required.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue an AI-supported feature as technology, legal requirements or service arrangements change.
10. Assessments and Reports
Any assessment, questionnaire, report, score, profile or recommendation provided by emplify:
- Reflects information available at the time.
- May depend on self-reported responses.
- May be affected by incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent information.
- Should be considered together with relevant personal or organizational circumstances.
- Is intended only for the person or organization for whom it was prepared and
- Must not be treated as a clinical diagnosis, employment guarantee or legally binding determination.
You must not alter, misrepresent or selectively reproduce an assessment report in a manner that creates a misleading impression.
Third parties should not rely on a report without emplify’s written consent.
11. Bookings and Appointments
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate contact information
- joining sessions at the agreed time
- ensuring access to a suitable device and internet connection for online sessions
- attending from a safe and appropriate location
- informing us of relevant accessibility requirements and
- providing reasonable notice if you need to reschedule
Online sessions may be delivered through third-party videoconferencing or communication platforms. Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their terms.
If you arrive late, the session may still end at its originally scheduled time.
If emplify is delayed or needs to reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative appointment.
12. Fees and Payment
Fees will be stated on the relevant booking page, proposal, invoice, engagement letter or program confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are quoted in [AED].
- Applicable taxes may be added.
- Payment must be made by the stated due date.
- Bookings may not be confirmed until payment is received.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Installment plans must be agreed in writing.
- You are responsible for bank, transfer, payment gateway and currency-conversion charges and
- Overdue amounts may result in suspension of services.
emplify may change its fees at any time. Fee changes will not normally affect a confirmed booking or signed engagement unless the scope changes or the agreement permits an adjustment.
Corporate, institutional and customized engagements may have separate payment schedules.
13. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
The applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms should be stated during booking or in the relevant service agreement.
Unless different terms are provided in writing, the following default rules apply:
Individual Consultations and Coaching Sessions
- Sessions may be rescheduled without charge by providing at least [24] hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling requests made with less than [24] hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation.
- Missed sessions or cancellations made after the applicable deadline may be non-refundable.
- A rescheduled session must ordinarily be completed within [30] days.
Workshops, Courses and Programs
- Cancellation requests received at least [14] days before the programme start date may qualify for a refund, less any stated administrative charges.
- Cancellation requests made after that deadline may be non-refundable.
- Once digital materials, reports, assessments or course access have been provided, the related portion of the fee will be non-refundable.
- A participant may be permitted to transfer a place to another eligible person with prior written approval.
Corporate and Institutional Engagements
Cancellation and refund rights will be governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work or engagement agreement.
Cancellation by emplify
If emplify cancels a paid service and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion.
We will not be responsible for indirect expenses such as travel, accommodation, lost income or third-party booking costs unless expressly agreed in writing.
14. Digital Products, Courses and Materials
Where we provide digital courses, recordings, workbooks, reports, templates, videos, presentations or downloadable materials:
- access is personal to the registered participant unless an organizational lenience is agreed
- login details must not be shared
- materials may not be copied, resold, sub licensed, uploaded, publicly distributed or commercially exploited
- access may be time-limited
- technical requirements may apply
- downloadable and immediately accessible digital products may be non-refundable once access is provided, subject to applicable law and
- we may update course content where necessary
We do not guarantee that every course or digital resource will remain available indefinitely
15. Books and Physical Products
Where books or other physical products are sold through the website or a third-party retailer:
- availability and delivery times may vary
- product images are illustrative
- delivery charges and taxes may apply
- orders may be subject to separate retailer terms
- title and risk may pass in accordance with the applicable sale and delivery arrangement and
- returns will be governed by the stated returns policy and applicable consumer law
Where a product is purchased from a third-party platform, all payment, delivery, refund and return matters may need to be addressed directly with that platform.
16. Participant Responsibilities
To receive meaningful value from our services, you agree to:
- provide accurate and complete information
- engage honestly with assessments and discussions
- complete agreed activities where reasonably possible
- treat coaches, facilitators and other participants respectfully
- protect confidential program
materials - avoid recording sessions without permission
- avoid disruptive, abusive, discriminatory or threatening conduct
- disclose any relevant conflict or restriction
- seek independent professional advice where appropriate and
- take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
We may remove a participant from a session or program where their conduct is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, disruptive or materially affects others.
A removal resulting from serious misconduct may not entitle the participant to a refund.
17. Parents, Guardians, Schools and Organisations
Where a parent, guardian, school, college, employer or organization books services for another individual, the booking party confirms that:
- it has authority to make the booking
- it has provided appropriate information about the service
- required consents and permissions have been obtained
- any information shared with emplify has been collected lawfully
- relevant safeguarding, accessibility or participation requirements have been disclosed and
- payment responsibilities are understood
Any reports or information shared with the booking organization will be governed by the agreed service scope, participant expectations, consent requirements and applicable law.
18. Safeguarding
emplify seeks to maintain appropriate professional boundaries when delivering services to children and young people.
Where safeguarding concerns arise, emplify may take steps reasonably considered necessary to protect a participant or another individual.
This may include:
- contacting a parent or legal guardian
- notifying the relevant school or responsible organization
- referring the participant to an appropriate professional
- contacting emergency services or a competent authority where required; or
- suspending or ending a session
Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm, comply with law or address a safeguarding concern.
19. Confidentiality
Information disclosed during coaching, consulting or advisory services will be treated confidentially, subject to:
- applicable law
- safeguarding obligations
- risk of serious harm
- regulatory requirements
- professional advice required to administer the service
- information already lawfully known or publicly available
- information independently developed without use of confidential information and
- disclosures authorized by the relevant party
For organizational engagements, confidentiality expectations and reporting arrangements should be defined in the relevant agreement.
You are also expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other program participants.
Group sessions cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality. Participants should therefore exercise discretion when sharing personal, commercial or sensitive information.
20. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property associated with the website and emplify services belongs to emplify or its licensor.
This includes:
- trademarks and logos
- program names
- website content
- assessments and methodologies
- reports and templates
- videos, audio and presentations
- course materials
- written content
- graphics and designs
- software and digital tools
- AI prompts, workflows and models
- business frameworks and
- books and publications
Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use materials provided to you for their intended personal, educational, internal business or organizational purpose.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- reproduce substantial parts of our materials
- publish or distribute them publicly
- sell, license or commercially exploit them
- modify them and present them as your own
- reverse engineer an assessment, digital tool or methodology
- use them to create a competing service
- use them to train or develop an AI system
- remove copyright or ownership notices or
- provide unauthorized access to another person
Where we create customised deliverables, ownership and usage rights may be addressed in the relevant service agreement.
21. User-Submitted Content
You may submit information, feedback, testimonials, documents, responses or other content to us.
You confirm that:
- you have the right to provide the content
- it does not violate another person’s rights
- it is not unlawful, defamatory or misleading
- it does not contain malicious code and
- its use for the requested service will not breach confidentiality obligations
You retain ownership of your original content.
You grant emplify the limited rights necessary to process that content, provide the relevant service, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.
We will request appropriate permission before publicly using an identifiable testimonial, photograph, video or case study.
22. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including:
- payment gateways
- appointment systems
- email platforms
- analytics tools
- videoconferencing services
- social media platforms
- messaging applications
- learning platforms
- book retailers and
- external websites
Third-party services are operated independently. Their terms, privacy policies and availability apply to your use of them.
emplify is not responsible for:
- third-party content
- external website availability
- third-party security practices
- third-party fees
- independent transactions or
- loss caused by a third-party service outside our reasonable control
A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

Testimonials and case studies reflect the experiences of individuals or organizations.
They do not guarantee that every participant or client will achieve the same result.
Outcomes depend on factors including:
- personal circumstances
- participation
- implementation
- experience
- timing
- resources
- market conditions and
- external events
We may edit testimonials for length, grammar or clarity without materially changing their meaning.
24. Website Information

- any specific result from coaching, guidance or AI-supported recommendations.
Our role is to provide guidance, structure, information and support. Your results depend on your circumstances, choices, effort, implementation and external factors.
26. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis;
- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access;
- We do not warrant that the website will be free from every harmful component;
- Recommendations are based on the information provided and available at the relevant time;
- We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment or regulated financial advice unless expressly stated in writing;
- Third-party services remain outside our control; and
- No communication creates a fiduciary, employment, partnership or agency relationship unless expressly agreed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, emplify and its founders, employees, coaches, consultants, contractors and service providers will not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential loss
- loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity
- loss of employment or educational opportunity
- loss of anticipated savings
- loss of goodwill
- loss or corruption of data
- business interruption
- decisions made using our recommendations
- third-party acts or omissions or
- events outside our reasonable control
Where liability cannot be excluded, emplify’s total aggregate liability arising from a particular paid service will be limited to the fees actually paid to emplify for that service during the [3] months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
28. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Emplify for reasonable losses, claims, costs and expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the website or services.
- Your material breach of these Terms.
- Content you provide without authority.
- Your infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Your misuse or unauthorised distribution of our materials or
- Your fraudulent, abusive or harmful conduct.
This section does not require you to compensate Emplify for losses caused by Emplify’s own negligence or misconduct.
29. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a service where:
- Fees remain unpaid.
- These Terms are materially breached.
- Conduct is abusive, unlawful, unsafe or disruptive.
- Confidentiality or intellectual property rights are violated.
- Continuing the engagement creates a conflict, legal concern or safeguarding risk
- The service is misused or
- Continuation is no longer reasonably practicable.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, payment, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution will continue after termination.
30. Events Outside Our Control
emplify will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters
- extreme weather
- epidemic or pandemic
- government action
- war, civil unrest or terrorism
- internet or telecommunications failure
- cyberattack
- power failure
- venue closure
- industrial dispute
- illness or emergency
- third-party platform failure or
- changes in law
Where possible, we may reschedule, move a service online, provide an alternative facilitator or offer another reasonable solution.

34. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services.
For services delivered in another jurisdiction, mandatory local laws may also apply.
35. Dispute Resolution
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, both parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written discussions.
Either party may propose mediation or another mutually agreed dispute-resolution process.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or taking action necessary to preserve a legal right.
36. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
- changes to our services
- legal or regulatory requirements
- technology changes
- new payment or delivery arrangements or
- improvements to our practices
The revised Terms will be published on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
Terms applicable to an existing paid engagement will not normally be materially changed during that engagement unless:
- required by law
- agreed by both parties or
- permitted under the relevant service agreement
37. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any service-specific agreement, form the agreement governing your use of the relevant services.
Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No Waiver
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
emplify may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a business restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer, subject to applicable law.
No Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary or agency relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.
Headings
Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
Language
These Terms are prepared in English. If translated, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by law, unless expressly stated otherwise.
